Sun-Young Gullery is a painter residing in Indianapolis, Indiana who loves capturing quiet beauty in tiny, thoughtful ways.

She works mostly in watercolor and ink, drawing inspiration from Japanese aesthetics, florals, and the magic of minimalism.

Alongside her delicate works on paper, she also creates miniature acrylic paintings of house portraits and small businesses—because even the smallest places and moments deserve to be celebrated. Her art invites you to slow down, look a little closer, and find joy in the details.

A woman with long dark hair, wearing a sleeveless cream top, navy trousers, and beige open-toe shoes, stands next to an art exhibition sign inside a building with dark wood accents. She is smiling and pointing at the sign, which promotes an art exhibition called "Bloom/Wither" featuring new and old paintings by Sun-Young Gully.
